Order Processing Time:
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. During times of high order volume, specifically during sale periods, processing may be delayed by up to a week. Please allow additional time for transit and delivery. If there’s a significant delay with your shipment, we will reach out to you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Most orders arrive within 3-4 days after shipping. However, during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, some orders may take longer. Please allow up to a week for delivery after your order has been processed/shipped.

If more than a week has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at info@moonlamps.co, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
MoonLamps.co ships to U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
MoonLamps.co is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
MoonLamps.co is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before initiating a claim.
